- Agent Portfolio -
Approx 20 sec Open followed by 3 or more property listings, and an approx 10 sec Close.
The Agents were shot against a green-screen in studio, then I created a graphic
template with agent's logo and information. Using Chroma-Key I replaced the green-screen
with a video or image background, which gave an "on location" look and feel.

 - HCN TESTIMONIALS -
Throughout the Home Center Network show, testimonials by the agents appeared.
Using footage shot by HCN production staff, I edited these 30 second testimonials
on the AVID using layers and motion effects. I maintained the same look to each
testimonial for consistencey.

And in a pinch, my own voice over talent (or lack thereof) was used at
the end of the Mike Waggoner Testimonial.

A quick-view show of graphic commercials I created while at HCN.
I worked closely with advertisers to determine content and design, as
well as advising on effectiveness, colors and graphics. Occasionally
I assisted with writing voice over scripts.
